Following the broad tyre-track of the Dragster 800, the Dragster RR is a radically shaped naked triple that clearly displays the passion, for which the MV Agusta has always been known. It shares the standard Dragster’s distinctive bar-end wing mirrors, chopped-down rear end, Pirelli Diablo Rosso II 200/50 rear tyre, and crazy-looking wire-spoked wheels.The RR gets an in-line, 798 cc, three-cylinder engine that puts out a whopping 140 horsepower, proving that big things can come in small packages. MV Agusta Dragster800 RR Motor Bike has been tuned to produce 15bhp more than the standard counterpart, courtesy intake and exhaust modifications. MV Agusta Dragster800 RR Motor Bike also gains an electronic quick-shifter over the regular model, which allows clutch-free changes both up and down through the slick six-speed gearbox.The measurements of the MV Agusta Dragster800 RR Motor Bike is identical to the standard Dragster and echoes the same policy of MV – ‘like the standard Dragster’s, but more so.’ The wheelbase remains unchanged at 1,380 mm, with 95 mm of offset on the fork yokes. The frame uses steel tube trellis design up front with integrated light aluminium profiles in the rear zone which acts as the pivot for the swingarm. Suspension, on the other hand, is slightly on the stiffer side than that of the standard Dragster. Handling on smooth roads is brilliant but on uneven surfaces, the ride is harsh.In India, the RR is unavailable but you can buy the F4 and the Brutale 1090 currently, and the F3 and Brutale 800 in the coming months. MV entered the Indian market few months back, in collaboration with the Kinetic Group.
